Qiyi is a research associate in the Department of Computing at Imperial College London, where she is working in the Software Reliability Group and Multicore Programming Group on compiler testing. Her research interests include probabilistic model checking, probabilistic models, probabilistic bisimilarity distances, policy iteration algorithms and compiler testing.
She received her Ph.D. from York University, Toronto under the supervision of Franck van Breugel. Her research is closely related to probabilistic model checking and her Ph.D. thesis is about algorithms to compute the probabilistic bisimilarity distances for labelled Markov chains and probabilistic automata.
