SPLASH 2019
Sun 20 - Fri 25 October 2019 Athens, Greece
Sun 20 Oct 2019 11:00 - 12:00 at Room 1A - Concurrency and Data Structures Chair(s): Christophe Scholliers

This talk gives an overview of the practice of meta-programming in R, a language for data science. R is a dynamic language, designed for extensibility. Meta-programming was builtin from the start together with a call-by-need evaluation model. We provide data extracted from over 17,000 packages hosted on the CRAN curated repository.
